The good news is, that your body itself is a wonderful instrument to conquer that moving space for yourself. How you experience your body, but also your posture and the way you typically move, says a lot about you, your beliefs and patterns of thought, mechanisms and emotion processing. Just think of it: negative thoughts, lingering emotions, overstepping one’s own boundaries can all lead to physical pain or fatigue so forceful that it stops us from going anywhere.
